How this war affects me

EliThis war with Iran is starting to weigh on me. It is hard to focus and I feel a lot of the time like I am living in a cloud. It´s hard to concentrate and make things happen. I haven´t really been able to put my energy into my Judaica sitehttps://www.judaicaart.net/https://www.judaicaart.net/ that I decided to build in order to help small Israeli artists to promote their work to the broader Jewish world. Instead, most of the time I have tried to learn Kodesh but without much success. It´s not that I haven´t learned, but it feels like I haven’t been learning, as it doesn´t really go into my head. My thoughts are all over the place, and I have to force myself to make sure not to get into bad habits. At least I am trying to write an article a day on my blog, “Blog Israel” and usually I manage. The  articles may not always be as in depth as I like them to be, but at least it does me good to write.

Today I was woken up only once during the night at 3:00. At least the Iranians let me sleep for a couple of hours. And then we had an alert again just after 10:00. At least since then, I have been calm, learning some Kodesh and now sitting in front of the computer to write the article I am writing.

My faith in God is great and I know that he is protecting us. Our Air force is doing a tremendous job to make sure that Iran will never again be a threat to Israel. Every day I feel so blessed to be a part of this nation, The Jewish Nation.

With God’s help the war will soon be over and we will be back to routine again. I will be able to put all my strength into my projects again and not lose focus. Right now, all we can really do is take things one day at a time. The most important thing for me at the moment, is to not let my ADHD brain go wild. It is very important for me to be able to have my brain under control. When it is not, it affects not only me, but also the people around me. And yes I have an obligation to have control over myself, as I have a wife and her kids around me.

Please God may it soon be quiet here around us, so all of us will be able to get back to our routines again.

Have an amazing day and let God be with us all
